Product Overview

L/C Magnetics is a high frequency gapped inductor manufacturer. All our high frequency inductors are custom built to order. Current range is from 1 Amp to 300 Amps. Inductance values range from 1 uH to 50 mH. The core material can be Iron, Ferrite, or Metglas. The inductance is inversely proportional to the Gap of the inductor. Reducing the gap will increase the value of inductance.

Specifications:

• 25 KHz Gapped Inductor: L (1, 2) = 1 mH ± 15%, 18 A, P/N 18816L 
• Frequency of operation: 25 KHz
• Open core and coil: 4.5″ H x 4.5″ W x 5.5″ D
• Unit will be impregnated with varnish and baked. It will not be potted or encapsulated. 
• Unit core is soft ferrite. 
• Hi-pot 5000 VAC from the winding to the core
• U-frame provided for ease of mounting
• Copper bus bars are 1/8″ x 5/8″
• Calculated temperature rise is 43°C 
• Air cooling may be required 
• Weight: 6 pounds
